Mr. Studdard is originally from Maltby, Washington, and he graduated from Monroe High School in June 1989. Four years later, he graduated from the University of Washington, earning Bachelors of Arts degrees in both English and History. He attended California Western School of Law,
graduating with a juris doctor in September 1995.
Mr. Studdard passed the Washington state bar examination in 1996 and has been a practicing attorney for over fifteen years.
Mr. Studdard has practiced law in Snohomish, King, Skagit, Island, Lincoln, and Whatcom counties. He has made numerous appearances at the Superior, District, and Municipal court levels.
Mr. Studdard has completed additional training as a
mediator and guardian ad litem.
Mr. Studdard is a resident of Everett and, in his spare time, enjoys writing screenplays and childrens' novels.
